The COOK meals with the ‘Microwave Only’ symbol on the front unfortunately shouldn’t be cooked in a conventional oven. If you have bought a meal that is microwavable only, you can defrost it, decanting it into a saucepan, and heat it on the hob. You’ll have to ensure that the meal is piping hot before serving. It’s not ideal, however, and we haven’t tested this for everything. The result won’t be as good as cooking the meal in a microwave.
