Help! My COOK gift card code isn’t working.

Do check that you are logged in to your account and that your order total is over the minimum spend of £45. The gift card code must be entered using the 'Add Gift Card/E-gift Card Code' button at the time of checkout.

Please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to look into this further for you if you cannot check your order out online.
