There are more than 80 recipes across six different chapters, for worknight wonders, feeding the family, special nights in, salads and sides, cooking for a crowd and, of course, irresistible desserts complete with kitchen wisdom and menu-planning advice.
Most of the recipes are simply scaled-down versions of what our chefs make in our own kitchens. Included are some of our best sellers and award winners.
We have tweaked the recipes a bit to work better in a home kitchen and we’ve reinvented a few completely. We’ve also raided our archive for dishes we no longer make.
