Recipes for Change is everything we’re doing at COOK to make our food better for people, nature and the farmers we work with, while staying true to what makes our food special.
We wanted to make a recipe to bring it to life. We figured go big or go home, and so challenged ourselves to make a Lasagne al Forno that’s better for nature, farmers and us, too – and still tastes amazing.
We’ve made sure it’s affordable, too, so it’s priced in line with our existing lasagne.
Recipes for Change is about much more than this lasagne. Starting with our top 20 ingredients, we’re speaking with our suppliers to understand how we can work together to support more nature friendly farming and further reduce carbon emissions. We’re thinking more about the environmental impact of our food during the development process and doing research with Oxford University on how we can support our customers make more sustainable food choices.
